Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?
All orders are final, so we’re unable to cancel or make changes once your order has been placed.

Is this a subscription or a pre-order?
We are pre-order only so no subscriptions are required.
We want our editions to be as accessible as possible, so you’ll never need to sign up for recurring payments.
Are your pre-orders limited or open?
Most of our releases will be open pre-orders, meaning you’ll have a set window of time to place your order.
Occasionally, some editions or boxes may be limited due to licensing or partnership agreements.
Don’t worry!!! We’ll always provide clear details and plenty of notice so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I know when my order will ship?

We’ll also post updates on Instagram, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes!! but timing is important.
Address changes must be requested at least 7 days before shipping begins for your order. We’ll always give advance notice before shipping starts.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. This ensures you’re getting the most accurate rate available.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our editions, we do not accept returns or cancellations.
Refunds are not typically offered, but in rare cases, we may review situations individually in line with our policies.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We understand how disappointing that can be.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll review your request and determine whether a replacement or appropriate solution can be offered in line with our policy.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties.
These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your books contain explicit content?
Yes!! The Temptress Tales specialises in romance that can include NSFW (18+) content.
Each listing will include content warnings and a spice guide so you can make informed decisions before purchasing.
